Homebrew Question SX OS not working anymore.

I'm still new to the switch hacking scene,and I bought a hacked switch online a month ago.It was running on 6.2 owf with sx os 2.5.3.

I wanted to update the firmware to 7.0.1,so I did just that.I first updated sx os to the latest version at the moment(2.6.2),got ChoiDujourNX and the ofw,then I installed it using ChoiDujourNX from the homebrew menu.Everything went well enough,but after I rebooted the switch when I open it up it gives the message:"A microSDXC memory card has been inserted.To use this sd card,please perform a system update."and also when I select album it will kick me back from it.

Is it any way to fix it?Do I need to go back to an earlier version(idk how can I do that since I can't open the homebrew menu to acces ChoiDujourNX to install an earlier ofw),or I need to format my card?

Also to note when I got the console it had Auto RCM and when needed I opened it again after being closed with my phone using NXLoader.
Also I know I'm a big newbie when it comes to switch hacking,but I'm desperate and need some help please.

Did you use the update that includes exfat if not try and install that update so it will be 7.0.1 exfat and install it using ChoiDujourNX and I think that should fix the issue

I didn't use the exfat update and sorry it might sound dumb but how can I update it to 7.0.1 exfat since I can't access any homebrew stuff(that includes ChoiDujourNX)?Do I just update it from the menu and that way the homebrew menu will work again,so I can use ChoiDujourNX to install it?

I can’t link to the link tutorial for using choidujour pc version but if you google it gba have a great tutorial on it I used it when I was in your situation and it’s long winded but it work

Here's what he's talking about.

EDIT: If you have a spare 4 or even 2 gb microsd card you wouldn't have to do any of that. (I'm guessing you wouldn't want to format your main sdcard to fat32.)

You could even use the same microsd card from an android phone if you have one there.

So if I have a spare sd card,I can skip this tutorial?

And if I do,what I'm going to do with it?Sorry again if all of those sound so idiotic I'm just trying to fix my switch if possible

It's ok. So basically all you did was install the 7.0.1 without exfat support. (Honestly, I don't know why they don't just bundle it together, since 5.1, but whatever.)

If you do have a spare sd card, you can just add SX boot.dat on the root, and add ChoiDujourNX to the switch folder, (with 7.0.1.) After you boot, you shouldn't get a nag about the SDcard, and should be able to access the SX menu now.

Then just update as usual and make sure you press 7.0.1 (exfat) Once done, you can go back to your normal SDXC card.

I would recommend backing up your sd card and formatting it to fat32... Exfat has corruption issues and your sd card will eventually get corrupted...
