emuiibo - MitM'ing NFP services for Amiibo emulation

Hi everyone!

I noticed there was a project called switch-nfp-mitm, which had lots of forks, but none of them properly working (people reported it barely worked, and with some games), thus I decided to try to fix it, or to improve it as much as I could. Well, the results were that good, that I've just managed to get it working perfectly, even with a nice system of combos for Amiibo swapping, in just 2 days.

So, well, here's the result:

emuiibo

emuiibo is a virtual amiibo (amiibo emulation) system for Nintendo Switch!

It consists on a background process (and service), which intercepts Nintendo Switch's internal NFC/NFP services to support virtual amiibo emulation, plus an overlay to easily control it.

Have fun playing around with custom virtual amiibos!

To be honest, the thing I'm thinking of to try to support right now is "writing" to the amiibo, so this becomes actual amiibo emulation.
Serial randomizer would be a killer feature for every game (someone said BOTW?) which allows amiibo once a day.

I dont get it to work.
I placed the Atmosphere folder to the root of my sd card, booted into Atmosphere/Kosmos via hekate, startet the game.
Can`t trigger the Amibos with the combos from the first post somehow.

The atmosphere folder goes... in the atmosphere folder (as in merge contents). The emuiibo folder goes in the root of the SD card.

Doesn't matter if you have his permission to use the code or not, you cannot copyright code that you did not write, the code is not yours. Did you speak with Dave's Devil about using his code?

OMG enough of this jumping on people re code ,as long s stuff is been made get over it, stealing peoples code is what you are worried about while "playing " with "backups" which is someone elses code or are you one of the i only use Homebrew people , Ninty looks at us all the same lol, hate coming my dont care lol, i just love that stuff like this is coming out, now to hunt down these "bin" files that are needed

That is pretty awesome. I just wish there was an interface for selecting Amiibos. Kind of a pain to use without it.
You can use AmiiSwap homebrew with Emuiibo, you can just open the nro, select the amiibo.bin file you want to use and then go to your game and do the Emuiibo combo

AmiiSwap uses overlay during gameplay? :o
Nope, just a homebrew. I think there will be someoverlay stuff later one directly in with Emuiibo

FuryBaguette seems to recommend emuiibo now.
Use Emuiibo and AmiiSwap instead of switch-nfp-mitm and AmiiSwap. It's better.
