It‘s the Card from the picture i‘ve postet. SanDisk Ultra.

I had read something that there is a certain way if you want to copy data from exFat to Fat32 but the other way around I did not read anything.

there is no "right" way! just be sure you formatted correctly using the same file system (fat32 in your case)
as most of people don't have two card reader installed, you have to copy everything to your pc, and the copy again to the new card.
so, after drag n drop into the new card, do you see empty folders on the destination?

I‘ve downloaded a programm that i can Format the Sd Card because Windows doesn‘t Show me this option for Fat32.

Of course i do.
No error during the Copy/Paste process and no error After finishing. The only „Error“ was that Reinx did Not start correctly.
I‘m sure there is a problem with the old card.
Not copy and paste, you need to see if the 512GB is actually 512GB, there are fake card out there.

in the picture you have a 400gb sandisk sd card.
if you really have a 512gb sandisk in your hand it's a fake because sandisk have not released 512 micro sd cards yet. they are in pre-release in this moment.

I learn so much. I thought micro Sd is working every time in all devices and important is the format.
Is there any other way besides H2testw to see if the SD card works except maybe test it directly?

There are also other programs, but there's no point in not using H2testw.
Just use that one to test it.
I also bought the 400GB Sandisk vom Amazon Germany and it works perfectly fine, so you don't have to worry about that
if you have a linux operating system, you can write several blocks to the sd card quickly with:
sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdc bs=4G count=100 status=progress
if the card is 400gb size, it must write successfully until it reaches ~372gb
you can't do this in windows command line. also fsutil command don't work as expected for this. you should use H2testw or another similar tool for that.

Then I have to use H2testw.
I‘ve asked because my Laptop is a little bit old and not so fast in writing and reading with usb.
