Hi all, how to start Teinx / Atmosphere automatically?

Inviato dal mio SM-G965F utilizzando Tapatalk

Use hekate, make a boot profile and tell it to auto boot, then when you inject it will automatically start that cfw...Unless you mean how do I turn it on and no do anything and have it boot cfw, then the answer is a modchip witha payload

Well, now that Team Executer website seems to be down, I guess it is time for me to move to something else. It has been a while since I used my switch, still on 6.2 firmware. Do I need anything new to install Atmosphere on my switch or can I use the injector and jig I have from OSx? Also, there are so many guides around it is a bit confusing, can someone direct me to the latest guide that is trusted to work?

There are two free cfw's both are easy to use, you can keep the same jig but I believe you will need to use a pc or a different injector

The Free CFW's are
- ReiNX
And
- Atmosphere/Kosmos bundle

I suggest you read into both to find out their pros and cons.

The guides for both are here

- ReiNX
- Atmosphere/Kosmos

About to pick up my SX PRO, but wont have internet access while using it (travelling). All I want to do is backup my clean NAND and NOT install CFW yet. Ill do that when I get home. Is there anything I need to download? Planning on backing up NAND via SX OS. Do I need the boot file (2.6 file, assuming that’s the boot file) or can I just backup my NAND with the dongle and jig?

Thanks

You need the boot files of SX OS. But I would recommend you to backup your NAND with hekate (just inject hekate payload).

Another question, I just installed FW 6.2 with ChoiDujour on a 3.0.2 system, via RCM.

I clicked on the 6.2 exfat button first, so it installed the exfat update for 6.2? Only then I clicked the normal 6.2 button and chose installed the 6.2 FW right afterwards, no reboots or nothing.

Then I was prompted ot reboot, but after the reboot it wasn't booting into the system anymore, only showing the SX boot screen, then a black screen.
I figured it might be the old boot.dat that was compatible with 3.0.2, but the 2.6.1 Beta boot.dat didn't make a difference it seems.

I can still get into Hekate and when I insert my other eMMC board I can boot into my 3.0.2 OFW just fine.
It's just the eMMC board that I upgraded to 6.2 with Choi that now doesn't boot it seems.

Is there something I can do to fix it from RCM for example?

Hello guys, I haven't used my Switch in a while and was looking to update my FW and CFW. I currently have SX OS and I've looked up how to update my firmware, but I wanted to start from Scratch and delete everything on my switch. I was going to format my memory card and reset my switch to factory settings.

My question was that even if I back it up will this give me any problems with my SXOS license? or will putting it back on the memory stick just work as expected?

Thanks!

What should I be using to verify NSPs are legit (from CDN) and not custom (NCA's)? I currently am using Switch Backup Manager and NX Game Info, but they are giving me different results for a few NSPs (for a few NSPs Switch Backup Manager is claiming they are custom created (converted XCI), and NX Game Info says they are structured like a CDN and have valid certs that pass). Can anybody advise in this situation? Thanks!

Hello so I have a switch and I have 2 questions. First I believe it is fully updated and the dock suffered from the BLoD. Will the xecuter sx even work at this state? Thanks for any info

You don’t need SX Pro for hekate. Enter RCM on your switch (jig required for you since you don’t have autorcm installed) and inject hekate playload from computer, smartphone or dongle.

Just doing some more reading here and apparently if I use FAT32 SD i will get multiple files that will need consolidating. To avoid that can I format my SD card in exfat (my switch is on FW 4.1, which is not compatible with exfat) do the backup, move the backup to safe place, format SD card back to FAT32 and continue.

Had another question about creating an emunand. Once I backup my sysnand I can then proceed to SX OS to use the emunand function. Once created, does this copy the sysnand (user profiles and FW? Say my sysnand was on 7.0.1 will the emunand be on 7.0.1 as well).

I read somewhere that I should then follow up with a sysnand restore with the clean sysnand backup as creating a emunand taints the sysnand? Is this true or did i simply misunderstand?

Thanks again

No, you can’t. You need to backup with FAT32. If you insert a exFAT micro sd, it will prompt you to update.

EmuNAND is a 1:1 copy, so firmware, games and user will be same. You can restore SysNAND but I never heard that you have to. Creating EmuNAND doesn’t „damage“ your SysNAND.
