Strange do you have update 1.0.1 installed because thats the version save was created from.
Edit: I've tested the gamesave & works for me on a nsp version of blade arcus.

Has this been abandoned? Was hoping to find a Mario party save.
Bought the game and sincunlocked everything. Have a bunch of games on our second "modded" system and I didn't bring the save with me lol. He was... upset.

Everything unlocked with full closet.

I used a hex editor to fill everyone's closet, this means:
All swimsuits
All items (including pose cards and secret tickets)
All owner items
(Edit: You only need to do these 7 steps if you want the CPU controlled girls to change swimsuits or do poses. If you don't care about this, it can be ignored.)
In order to get the girls to pose and use the swimsuits you must:
1. Start vacation
2. Get to hotel (night)
3. Open closet
4. Place all swimsuits in your inventory along with all the pose cards
5. Learn every pose by selecting it from your inventory
6. Go home the next day
7. Repeat for the others.
Let me know if I missed any items. Enjoy
