Could somebody further explain how the affinity chart editor works for the base game? I'm trying to create some custom common blades but I want to level them naturally, rather than maxing their affinity off the bat.
I've done a number of tests myself and I can create a chart with my own goals but when my blade unlocks their key-trust node the other goals will change in some way. So at lvl 1 trust my 1-1 node is finish an enemy 0\5, but after ranking up to lvl 2 trust it changes to 0/10, in some cases it'll even change entirely to using a blades favourite pouch item. So I'd like to specifically learn about each entry field, I'll write what I think each field does, please correct me if you can:
ID - The ID for a column of affinity nodes. How can I find empty space to write to, for new blades.
Alignment - is this a columns physical position?
Quest ID - A specific goals ID, even the exact same goal has different ID's, why?
Count - current progress towards goal
Max Count - When count reaches this number the affinity node will unlock.
Stats ID - Which statistic the goal keeps track of. # Blade combos, # money spent, etc.
Task Type - The kind of task. Could be doing something # times or viewing a heart to heart, etc.
Column - A number between 0~9 denoting which affinity column this node is in. Blade special, field skill, etc.
Row - 1~5. Which row the node is in on the chart.
Blade ID - The ID of the blade. If it's the same as another then the node will unlock for both of them on completion.
Achievement ID - Seems to +1 for each node in a column. Can be the same as another blade and not matter?
Alignment - The physical position of a node? Number vary wildly, 0 is common.
Unk_0x02 - Even among similar nodes this hex value differs. Might be description of node? Or variable like special #1
Unk_0x0C - Unlock status. Depending on the task type, this changes. 09 or 0D are common.
I'd appreciate any corrections you can offer, if all fields receive an answer then I'll remove\update this post to avoid confusion. Hopefully I can make one nicely crafted affinity chart and import it to my team of common blades and just change their blade ID, that'd be the best case scenario.
