I tried this today, and guess it/I fucked up my savegame for Mario Kart.
Don't ask me how, I don't know.
The Problem is - game won't start anymore. Hangs on first loading screen forever. If I try to close it, whole system hangs.
Tried deleting saves, reinstalled. Doesn't work
Under System, the space taken is almost double the size (140 MB) as the save for 1 User (75 MB)
I even tried deleting everything manually via Goldleaf.
Nothing helps.
Game won't load anymore.
Ideas? Nand restore my only choice?

This has nothing to do with EdiZon, it's a Atmosphere bug which has already been fixed a week ago. It just isn't inside a release yet. Mario Kart is one of the only games that have issues with Atmos' cheat engine right now so I'd suggest you to just wait for the next release of Atmosphere (or Kosmos which will most likely release sooner)

If you need to play the game right now you can rename the /atmosphere/titles/0100...0D/exefs.nsp to exefs.nsp.bak. You won't be able to use cheats anymore then but Mario Kart will work again

This is a bug currently which gets triggered when you messed with your accounts in the past (mostly over Goldleaf but also possibly over normal means). Either get one of the nightlies from here: https://bsnx.lavatech.top/edizon/ (RAM editing is kinda broken right now) or factory reset your console to fix it.
@WerWolv I love the new RAM editing feature! I'm having a lot of success with multiple games! Other than not being able to search for smaller values without overloading, it's great! Can you please tell me how to make a cheat profile for a game? I want to be able to save my cheats that I find using the RAM editor! Please and thanks! I'm looking forward to your explanation!

Me as well. I'm assuming you are using the Edizon provided by WerWolvs github? I would delete anything regarding edizon and then do a fresh install.
