Hey, guys.

I have my Switch in version 7.0.1 and SX OS Pro, the boot.ini is version 2.6.1, I have done all the steps following the official manual of the SX Os website and the moment I validate the license, and restart the Switch entering again in the RCM to select the CFW option I press the CFW option appears the logo of Nintendo and the screen remains black

Do you know what can happen?

You can't do that. You need to use "Launch payload"

I don't think you understood his issue.

You should be able to launch SX OS even without the license activated, would just say it's not activated yet. I mean you obviously get into the SX bootloader, and then if you press CFW it just freezes after the Nintendo logo?
Could you try it with another SD card maybe? Put nothing on it, only the boot.dat and see what happens.

But If I have my dongle? I don´t understand... sorry!

After the message that a "request-license" file has been created and I press YES, when I enter the album, I can see that the SX OS has loaded correctly.
But when I restart the switch with my validated license (I have tried the way to validate it through the web and online), and I enter the CFW mode there is when the Nintendo logo appears and then the screen in black.

Thanks for you response!

I had already thought about that, although I bought the SD card yesterday and it's new, but yes, I'm going to try with a different one what you're saying and I'll tell you.
Thank you so much.

You must delete the license-request.dat from the SD card after copying the licence.dat there. This may be the cause of your problem

Not true. It wont affect anything. Mine is still on my sd card and it boots to SX OS just fine

Lucky you! But I can say that from my own, as well as from many others who have made the same expirience.

Have you triem to test if your sd isn’t fake or mabe it is formated to exfat and you do not have installed exfat update to ofw. If there is another problem try to post to @garyopa or tx own forums.

It helps in such cases, just outsource the contents of the SD card, format them again to FAT32 and copying everything back to SD Card again. But this doesn´t work with a Partition emuNand setup!

I don't know if SD will be corrupt.
I will try the following I will copy the boot.dat in another 32 gb SD card which is the one I used before and which works together with the license. If this way it works then the problem is 100% SD if not... I don't have any more ideas.
Because I have a doubt. When you say format the SD in fat32, is to do a test? because I would not like to be alone with 4gb when copying xci or nsp.
Anyway, whatever I get I'll post here in case other people find it helpful.
Thank you very much.

For a working setup it doesn't matter if you have Fat32 or Exfat. Well, except if you have an exfat card but no exfat system. Did you, by any chance, maybe accidentally update to 7.0.1 without selecting the exfat option?

Not the steps I followed were the following, and I did it in 2 different switches with two equal MicroSD just bought, in one switch worked to the first in the other I have this problem.

· Upgrade first the switch version from 7.0.0 to 7.0.1.
· I introduced the SD in the switch and formatted it using the Switch option.
· Then I started in RCM mode and made a backup of the nand, restarted again in RCM mode and pressed the CFW option.
· I did the licensing process and one was perfectly hacked and the other was left with this problem.

I think I followed the manual well as it worked very well in one of the switch

I have to ask this now.
Did you purchase a separate SX OS license for that second switch, or are you trying to activate it with the dongle just as you did with your first Switch?

For every Switch you have you will have to buy a license.
So the license you have only work on your first Switch console.
Solution is : you will have to buy another license, using your second switch.

No, two SX OS Pro purchase in the same site

I'm sorry if I expressed myself wrongly.
They are two different switches, with 2 equal MicroSD (same brand and capacity) and two SX OS Pro with separate dongle and license purchased in the same place.

if your SD Card is exFAT then try to backup everything then format it to FAT32 with Windows or a Program from the Internet and if that works you can try format it back and try it.... It helped me...

Oh OK. That is then a bit weird indeed. Is this switch working fine otherwise?
