You can make all these threads FAR more readable and MASSIVELY improve the signal to noise ratio by Ignoring 4-6 posters, whose posts and replies are then completely invisible to you. You don't miss out on any of the actually interesting bits of information (such as exactly how TX got 7.0.x compatibility), but you get to avoid almost all of the waste-of-time drama posts.

For those that don't know how to do this, you click on the poster's name and then you select Ignore.
Wow after being on these forums for 11 years i did not know that. Thanks

Layeredfs is still broken?
When you will put new titleid with romfs through nxmtp or other way without ejecting sd card, sometimes it doesn't load files before restarting system.
This bug is from 2.5.3.

to be expected.. from the scant ''changelog'' 2.6 is exactly the same as 2.5.3 except for the JIT patches and 7.0 compatiblity. Since this is still a beta, hopefully there'll be an alpha in the near future with some bugfixes and maybe even new features - maybe ''prettier crash'' support and reboot to payload on crash?

it goes alpha > beta > stable. So Alphas are before a Beta.

Alpha is before beta.

Nice fast update for the known issues, might update to 7.0.1 in the weekend. Hope Nintendo doesn't drop a new firmware before that which (might) breaks support again.

It's all fine! It's morning for me, and you probably got home from work/school. So it's fine to do a brainfart!

off topic - yeah 8pm local time.. been doing some overtime to help cover some upcoming bills. enjoy the rest of your day, time for me to settle in watch some tv (Love, Death and Robots looks good) then maybe some game raging in World of Tanks.

Just updated Emunand with choidujour on 7.0.1. No issues. Tested my usbhdd in portable mode (type-C OTG) - also no hitch so far.
However, there's a minor issue persists when loading large custom XCI file (such as wolfenstein or doom with updates packed in a single XCI) through standart SX launcher menu - they just don't mount at all. They are loadable still through SX Installer, you can mount them there and go back to home menu with CXCI being mounted, but that's an extra step.
So there again, thank you TeamXecuter. I chose to pay you once and still have peace of mind with the games loading the way and manner I want them to, and being able to enjoy online with my legal content at the same time. It's not about to start a new trollwars here, it's just my token of appreciation.

So, sxos is allowed on gbatemp.net again?

Well they also did fix the plaintext key.

The only change in patcher_BFC70000_F0000000.bin is the missing key, most likely they didn't like this revealed.
I didn't find the new location yet, but my guess is an earlier encrypted payload or it's now encrypted somewhere else.

Not necessarily, just because it's no longer in plaintext, doesn't mean that the key in question isn't in the binary.
So, sxos is allowed on gbatemp.net again?
Like Evilord said, we don't know if the key is removed nor where is relocated (if not removed), but with the release of SX OS 2.6 few days ago I doubt it was removed at all, just hidden. Only time (and hexkyz) will tell.
