I made this same app for wii 10 years ago. I decided to do this app again for the switch.
It is designed for deaf people.

I think I will keep improving it like add in rumbles and things.

you can use d-pad to set the alarm time and press A to enable alarm.
press X to disable it.

your switch need to have cfw running first.
you need to download the nro and drop it in your switch folder.
it will appear in your hbmenu

Could you add an audio alarm for people who can hear? I had an idea of using the switch as a bedtime alarm, displaying the time on screen. Had a look for any app, this one's great, the best I have seen so far. Lots of opportunity for development with a package like this.
