Had a house fire. My N3ds XL has no outer damage but the controls on the right side are either non responsive (R button) or inconsistent on recognition and holding (a b x y). Need to replace it.

Would it be possible to backup my Nand and use the backup on the new system when i get it? I still have access to the old system but rigjt now it basically only plays Bravely Second and touch screen games properly.

I'm sure i could do a system transfer. I'm just worried about the less than legitimate data.

Is there a way to set up hacks without a pc? I lost mine. I have OoT for that method. Gotta get the new system ready after I order it.

Nonlegitimate stuff won't transfer.
You can always use a phone instead of PC. But you always need a way of copying stuff on the SD card.

Alright. This is gonna be fun. It looks like non legit stuff will need to be turned into a CIA to store for later.

Got all my digital saves backed up. Going through GM9 in Sysnand SD and turning all non legit data to CIAs. Deleted legit software to make room for cias.
