Netflix to produce a Dragon's Dogma animated series

Unexpected. DMC makes sense, that's a well-known IP by now, but Dragon's Dogma as an anime? Could be great or complete shit, but it'll probably fly under a lot of radars either way.

Not sure about this... I liked the game, but the plot, setting and characters were pretty forgetable - it makes it hard to imagine a televisual interpretation is being considered. Asura's Wrath would make for a much better animé.

It would be nice if it were done by Castlevania's producer, but it's not, and Sublimation seems like a pretty new studio, so it's definitely going to be a wildcard. The story doesn't sound very related to the game's story at all either.

I don't agree with this decision, as game to tv adaptations "usually" suck, but I hope this does well enough that they bring DDO to the west or make a sequel. If Diablo 3 was ported to the Switch, I can see DDO going there too. I mean, they put the other one on there already.
