From what I remember from the early days of VR, the lower the frame rate, the worse the motion sickness.

But it’s not the only factor. There’s also the fact that moving your head didn’t result in a perfect motion in VR, and that difference was also a major cause of motion sickness.

Low framerate, narrow FOV and bad frame pacing are the things that cause motion sickness in my case. Oh and motion blur, I always turn that off.
