Hardware Is it safe to use third party power banks with Switch?

...and third party USB-C cables?
I'm not talking about some absolute noname chinese "brands", but decent banks like Xiaomi's one and others.
Also is it safe to charge the console with them while playing? Should I aim for higher voltage output power banks or lower ones are also perfectly fine?
I heard a lot of horror stories about bricking console with them and such thats why I'm asking about it.

Can't speak for them, I know there was fuss about 3rd party chargers. Anker makes a powerbank that is approved for the Nintendo switch. ""Anker power core" I believe is the name.
