Hacking Unable to boot past the Nintendo logo?

I am using the v11.10.2 - SUMMERGAZER version of Atmosphere and I am trying to boot into CFW.
https://github.com/AtlasNX/Kosmos/releases
The website says to delete /atmosphere /bootloader and /modules before installing or else I won't be able to boot past the Nintendo logo.
I do that but I still can't get past the Nintendo logo. What am I doing wrong?

I can provide more information if necessary.

I am not doing this with a blank SSD either. I was using ReiNX and now I am updating from 6.2 to 7.0 and going to use Atmosphere.
I am almost certain all the ReiNX stuff is off my SD card.

Try wiping your sd card (except Nintendo folder) and use last version of kosmos

If you are going for atmo, just use this tutorial and then add sigpatches.

try with kosmos, it uses atmosphere and is updated and has all .nro that you need.
