Gaming New Pokémon release date leaked by GameStop?

Hello guys, I was at GameStop today, and the seller showed me a list of games which will release this year.
The new pokemon game was also on it, dated to be launching on the 17.11.2019.

Was that just a guess or could it be real...
a bit fishy that it's almost the same date as Evee, maybe they got something wrong.
Do you work at gamestop?

Pretty sure this is just GameStop being GameStop, I remember reading about them guesstimating release dates for other games (ex. Cyberpunk 2077) that turn out to be completely false.

Oh nice, I was kinda disappointed with Let's Go since it was just a remake of first gen, but this might be promising, looking forward to tomorrow :3

It's probably a placeholder, it's a pretty common thing for stores to do that.
It's probably not far off though, the games will most likely release either in November or early December, in time for the holiday season. We could be lucky and get it in October but I really doubt that.

it's not like a pokemon game has never come out on a sunday before, i'm sure it will come out in november and that's probably around the day it will come out. and since it will probably be a worldwide release a weekend is probable, still a friday or saturday is more likely since some places don't have stores open on sundays.
