Feedback welcome on Hekate appearance!

I like the new apperance, it's easier to read!

Thank you for your wonderful job!

I have detected that since i installed the RCMX86 with dualboot setup and the RCM wire, I can't inyect payload through USB. I have no problem loading payloads on my sd card or the generic hekate that iflashed on the chip pressing vol -, but every time I try to inyect a payload using USB it frozes, and if I disconnect the USB cable, the chip doesn't autoinyect the payload. I have tried entering RCM mode connecting a USB cable to PC and pressing vol +, tegrarcmgui detects that the switch is in RCM mode, but it freezes inyecting payload. I also tried entering RCM using the Hekate menu with the same result
That is the error log:
TegraRcmSmash (32bit) 1.2.1-3 by rajkosto
Opened USB device path \\?\usb#vid_0955&pid_7321#5&380aeb2c&0&1#{aa0dbd45-3117-f331-5c49-76bf65225042}

Uploading payload (mezzo size: 92, user size: 27748, total size: 93964, total padded size: 94208)...
Win32 error 31 happened trying to write payload buffer to RCM

I have tried using an android device to inyect the payload and I have the same problem.

When the switch it's stucked in RCM mode after trying to inyect a payload and I disconnect the USB cable, the chip doesn't autoinyect the payload on the SD, but if I enter into RCM mode but I dont try to inyect a payload and then disconnect de USB, then the chip autoinyect the Payload on the sd flawlessly.

At first, I thought that my problem was because a problem with some solder point because sometimes I had problems loading backups on SXOS using USB. I checked every solder point and I redid all of them except joycon and power. I have checked every solder point using a multimeter on the pads on the chip and other points on the mainboard and everythings looks good.

Everything is working flawlessly but inyecting payload over USB. Is that normal? Should I be able to inyect payloads over usb?

I have tried version 0.96, 0.98r3 and the new one 0.99r1, and it happens using all of them.

Anyone with RCMX86 internal chip have tried to inyect payloads over USB?

Any clue?

Thanks!

Yes. I fitted a couple the other day. Works fine this end. Can you test continuity between usb lines? How well is gnd soldered,?

Yes I checked continuity between usb lines and there is no bridge between them. I checked USB lines continuity between chip pads and the solder points and also directly from RCMX86 pads to the pins on the usb port and continuity it's perfect. The same with GND, also tried on every point that it's connected to GND on the mainboard and GND continuity it's perfect too. The GND solder point was to the external metal chassis. First I soldered it to the left screw but now is soldered to the upper area of the metalic chasis, but the continuity it's perfect, a continuous sound.

I don't know why I cannot inyect payloads trough USB.

The USB port works perfectly charging, using the switch on dockmode on TV and loading backups on SXOS from USB, so the USB is working propterly.

I suppose that if the internal chip use the usb lines to inyect the payload that it's located on the sd card, and it works without problems, the usb lines are working properly

I really have no clue....

Are the drivers in for APX mode?

Ah sorry, its my custom board, flashed as trinket m0. And its not a modchip. Its dongle.
Can you try the generic trinket dongle version?

Yes they are the device is show in device manager as APX, and I also tried with an android smarthphone using nxloader and sxloader, that before having SX PRO and used to inyect payload without problems, and now I have the same issue using android as using the PC.

This should rule it out.
Disable your chip with this UF2. Bear in mind SWITCHBOOT will still drop the straps.

Backup present UF2 as this wipes everything on the chip and disables it. Apart from SWITCHBOOT.

Then try TegraRCMsmash

That's the one I meant.

Amy chance of posting a video of your problem? Would help me more

Let me explain. The usual behave of my dongle's led is blinking for 3-4 seconds and turning off. But after last UF2 file, sometimes the led is keep blinking when I plug it in RCM mode until I touch reset button and can't find it. Another problem is same thing happens when I plug it in when my Switch is off.

I still can take a video of those if you want :)

So let me see if I have this right...

It should blink for 3-4 seconds, send payload then go off.

But

It is blinking constantly without pushing payload until you press RESET. Is that right?

What pins do you have connected on your board? Any chance of a picture of it?

Yes, thats right. Also same thing is happening when I plug it in when my console is off. And I think pics cant help cause my board is in still breadboard and wires are too complicated. Of course I still can share pics if you want :)

By the way, I followed your guide to connect pins. Like the diagram attached.

Seems strange.

The payload pushing code hasn`t been altered at all.

I`d check your joins one more time. I have a custom made "dongle" on breadboard and I cannot reproduce it.

Puzzled I am.
