Thanks alot for your post. I have managed to buy hackable switch. Registered here just to share information.

SN matches: Matches with sn on box
Region: Russia (EU)

You don't need an SD card to perform the test. Just the cable, a PC, and a way to enter RCM (a jig, typically). But the SD card will be useful for the rest, of course.

will wait for the sd to come then will need help to get started hope i can count on the community. For the cable i will use phone cable and for rcm foil, dont want to buy jig

edit: found an sd card going to unbox the switch , now need the help, the guides are not that simple to understand, can someone send a link to videos showing exactly how to do everything from makeing backup nand to running all the new things from cfw 3.0.1( cause i suspect that my switch will have 3.0.1)?
edit2: i downloaded a payload the biskey payload and it shows a bunch of text and a smiley face with its eyes rotating, does that mean my switch is good for cfw?

Please open/post an other thread for help with backups and how to install the CFW. This thread is only for serial number discussion. The text and the smiley indicate that it is not patched, you can install the CFW.

This spreadshet doesnt make a lot sense, how a 10077 is unpatched and a xaw10075 is patched?

One of then are mistaken

For the love of God, how many times will I have to answer this? From a certain point on, unpatched and patched serials were produced in parallel. This is the
reason why there is a yellow border where it is unknown whether a Switch is patched or not.

Probably in the first page, you put the 10078 and below are safer before a buyer bought a 10075 patched, you asked sorry and reduced to 10075.

Now i'm waiting a 10074 arrive to maybe it is patched because they are produced in parallel.

Dude, I can only tell you what the data has been shown. How about you get a Switch that is not so close to the border? Or even better, open your own thread with border that you think are correct.

Edit: Also, the thread has now about 1 million views and we had 1 or 2 bordercorrections in the last 6 months, this tells me the borders are 97% correct. If they were off, I figure we had more complains from people.

I think even safe chips could end up being patched in the rare event of them being refurbished or having to have the chip replaced

i tought unpatched units are not longer being produce by Nintendo. Good to know.

I think he meant "were produced in parallel". I'm sure it's no longer the case, now. All factories are producing patched consoles.

Your serial is in a gray zone (between safe and unsafe). So we could say you have a 50/50 chance of having a patched unit. If you have the Switch with you, already unboxed, it's for you to test it and see if it's patched. If it's not unboxed yet, your safest bet is to return it, and keep hunting for a safe serial.

Wrong thread, please ask in the CFW support thread. Here is only about if the Switch is patched or not, which yours is not. Also, don't post your entire serial online.
