Homebrew How can I make homebrew without knowing C/C++?

How can I do it? I understand that I probably can't do it, but I still want to know. (Yes, I only know Scratch\Blockly. Go ahead and make fun of me. I can take it.)

Im 100% sure you cant make anything with block code and if you can, it wont be functional. To keep my response small and simple, C or C++ knowledge is needed for making a homebrew app.

There are a few interpreters that you can use to make homebrew on the 3DS using languages other than C/C++: Monty3DS (MicroPython), Lua Player Plus (Lua with a few built-in modules), LovePotion (Unofficial LÖVE framework port). Regarding Scratch, well... I don't want to be that guy, but it's not going to happen.

Still, the first two haven't been updated in a long while and the second is mainly meant for games (but if you want to do more complex or even kernel-related stuff you definitely want to use a lower-level language anyways). Anyways, if making games is what you want then you may want to give LovePotion a shot!

P.S.: How can I preform a system transfer without losing anything that's "Non-Legit"?
Edit: okay I have NO IDEA how to get LovePotion working.

Perform the System Transfer, then on the target system use faketik to restore tickets for non-legitimate titles, making them usable again. (You will need to install CFW on the target system BEFORE running faketik.)

amn. but the save data will still be there, right? also, what if I move all of it to a SD Card first?

Unfortunately, the DSiWare save data will NOT be there. I do not think moving it to an SD card will do anything.
Just back up your DSiWare save data and build CIAs from them using GodMode9.

Not trying to bash on op here but how do you expect to write homebrew for the 3ds without even knowing how to dump your own saves?

well it seems that checkpoint only works with 3DS software and NDS Carts. Sh*t.
