Just a quick question about cheat can we use other dat file than the usrcheat.dat? Why? Because not all cheat work! Thanks

The cheats probably don't exist for your game then.i did many times , but it keep on saying no cheats found
Where did you get the "usrcheat.dat" file?
from this site , im using the working game file one because it's ap and usa version , eu version didnt work for me , this one works ''usa'' cheats re from the site when i clicked download i open the link with R4CCE program to edit the files
This may have been asked previously but does the Anti-Piracy for Chrono Trigger DS that freezes the game when time traveling occur when running off of TWilight Menu ++? Do I need to patch the game?

Now I can finally update without having to take out my SD and replace the files manually from my N3DS.

Testing out the Twilight Menu++ Updater, so far works great, although it throws an error if I try to Update the Updater.
EDIT:
Forgot to ask, but do I still need to delete the DSiWare generated game to properly update Twilight Menu++?

If you're referring to the TWiLight Menu++ DSiWare title in the HOME Menu, then no.
