Yep most of the COD games on Wii had updates even Zelda Skyward Swords had a game update.

But the wii shop is gone so i can't update the game... Any clue on how to patch the game with WAD ?
The Wii Shop is STILL there and open but empty from content.Maybe you give it a try and the update maybe still works.

But i've tried many times and it don't work. No update message at all
Your Internet connection for Wii is setup/works ? Can you access the Wii Shop ? Start the Game/Multiplayer and start update,gets you an error code ?
OK the only idea i have is to try wimmfi server.Its an alternate Serverconnection to Wiiconnect24 to play for example Mario kart online.But i don´t think it works (The Servers for Black ops online gaming are not using them from Nintendo and they are still online i think.).Sorry at the moment i have no idea but to try the .wad update file with an wad manager like YAMM....

You have to install all dlc wads to your emuNAND, than launch the game in USB Loader GX and than it will allow you to update.
I just came to ask, does anyone know if there are any private servers hosting matches for MW3 or Black Ops?
