Nintendo Direct confirmed for tomorrow, will feature Fire Emblem: Three Houses

upload_2019-2-12_14-6-39.png
After a long string of rumours and hopes, Nintendo has announced a Nintendo Direct, scheduled for 10pm GMT (2pm PT / 5pm ET) tomorrow. Noted to be around 35 minutes long, it'll feature information on upcoming Switch releases, including some long-overdue details of Fire Emblem: Three Houses. With GameStop's recent mishaps in listing the Spyro Reignited Trilogy for Switch, there's also a good chance fans will finally get the confirmation they've been waiting months for.

What games are you waiting to hear about? Any ports you'd like to see? Let us know your thoughts!

Finally, someone has the same thoughts on Waifu Emblem as I do.
The entire series isn't that way. I haven't played the 3DS games where it sounded like they started going that way, but the Tellius duology (Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn) told a very good story full of three dimensional characters and covered complex themes. I'm holding my breath that a return to console will bring a return to Tellius-level story-telling.

Eternal Darkness won't happen the game is owned by the now defunct company Silicon Knights.

Alex Roivas did make it into Smash Bros as a spirit, so it's not inconceivable, but I certainly wouldn't hold my breath of the wild.

I want another new Zelda game already, maybe something small for the time being, like Zelda Maker or whatever.

I bet you a kidney that they will announce the new Pokémon game with a Teaser Trailer at the end of the direct.

I'm calling it now. They are going to announce that a character from the new Fire Emblem game will be the next DLC character in Smash.

I'd be more surprised if there actually wasn't a new Fire Emblem character as DLC this time around. It's more likely that there will be one to promote FE: Three Houses, seeing as Corrin was added to Smash 4 to promote FE: Fates at the time.

It is a shame that Golden Sun couldn't get a playable character for this Smash.

Anyway, this is the first Direct of the year, with a game focus. I doubt they are going to spill everything they have on this one direct.

I wouldn't consider a Zelda Maker small...

Is fire emblem worth getting into?
If Strategy RPG's, or Advance Wars, are your thing, then hell yes - otherwise, probably not ....and if you have to look up what the term 'Strategy RPG' means, then you fall into the probably not category too. ;)

I don't see Pokemon Gen 8 making a show at all, probably save that for around E3 time. Instead, probably a better look at Luigi's Mansion 3, Bayonetta 3 and Animal Crossing to go with the Fire Emblem focus.
Metroid Prime Trilogy (HD) seems more likely to happen, also the rumours of Mario Maker [2?] and a new Zelda (this one seems a bit far fetched to me: IF true, it must be a 2D like 4 Swords or similar) - I think we might see one of these three announced! (I'll take any!)

Super Mario 3D World, The Wonderful 101, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Yoshi's Woolly World, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, Star Fox Zero, Pikmin 3 and Nintendo Land which I doubt will be/can be ported but why not add it to the list. Yeah I know, these are all old titles but I never owned a Wii U. :/ Also hope to see some Metroid Prime 4 footage.

Fatal Frame 6!!! C'mon!

There are still a few amiibo that need dates as well, forgot about those. So, FF7, Sephiroth in smash, more amiibo.

People still buy those? I remember my days of getting to Target at 7am to stand in line before they opened to get the latest Amiibo. I had almost every Amiibo there was until right after the BotW series. Then I ended up selling every single one for bill $$$. I miss them, but having over 100, all in their original packaging, was taking up an awful lot of space.

I still go line up at Target, Gamestop on release days just for the thrill. I have every single one, still in box, inside of other boxes. I'll never sell but, I do plan to open them all once I can get the display I picture in my head for them put together.
