Switch Homebrew Bounty Month 2: and the winner is...

The GBAtemp Homebrew Bounty is a massive competition that aims to boost the Switch homebrew scene by giving rewards to a selection of the best homebrew projects.
This second month, we reward Switch applications, that is to say, applications that run natively on the Switch. There are 4 categories in total.

The voting process is twofold: the staff gets to vote, and some members can vote too (in separate threads). We only allowed patrons to vote in order to limit possible fraud, and also to reward them for supporting us. We've just counted the votes. And the winners are...

Jesus man, if you are that hard up for money, take me up on my $100 challenge. Why didnt you just PM them? The desperation is palpable.
Didn't you notice that I try hard to ignore you? I guess you should be banned soon with all the dramas you try to bring there (you must be desperate ;) ), but it's not fast enough to me...

Edit: just found the ignore button, didn't use that since many years :) (yeah, I'm 40. I guess the older I get, better I am).

I'm not even surprised about the knockoff™ sitting at the bottom. Congratulations to the rest of the crew that actively supports open-source. This is why I love this community.

Congrats to everyone who won. There was truly some amazing pieces of homebrew software that came out on Round 2. Highlights for me were:

Goldleaf by XorTroll - A fitting replacement for Tinfoil and probably the definitive version in my opinion.

Pplay by cpajuste - Finally! I don't have to make large video NSPs anymore to enjoy my media. That was time consuming (and despite becoming good at it) it was inconvenient and time consuming. This was long overdue and I'm finally glad a media player came out.

Lockpick by shchume - This is a great successor to Kezplez. With more features (and the fact it doesn't crash when it finishes dumping anymore) it deserves to be on the top 5.

and Idn_Mitm by spacemeowx2 - This is software I still believe is in early days and needs to be improved for smooth play worldwide. But the work done at the moment is amazing. I'm truly looking forward to the day that banned players get smooth online play for free.

Keep up the great work and I hope round 3 comes soon. :D

I'm laughing more than you, it speaks volumes about gbatemp, more than it does the app :) I entered just to show what a joke of a contest this was. The obvious best app got last, because of politic, and the staff dont like being criticized for their shitty rules.. I am glad NX-Shell won though, that was the second best app.

This wasn't an app contest, it was a high school popularity contest. There were no scoring categories, no clearly defined rules, just arbitrary votes.

I have to say, tinfoil > everything in the list 100 agree%. You're not wrong about that.
