Well, i know that. They take the certificate from console and check if its banned. I wonder if there will be any way to fake a certificate tho

No, i'm certain they make a certificate just like they make device specific keys. They "add" the certs on their valid list and then you can connect to their servers.

How about (somehow lol) taking a cert from broken switch and then (somehow) swapping it with the banned one?

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

or just buying a broken switch with working circuits and swapping the insides

Nintendo did it well to avoid the first case. The cert is completely hardcoded and the console has a lot of measures to avoid that idea.

About swapping the insides with another console, you are literally replacing one console hardware with another, so yes, it will work.

I believes that Nintendo learned their lesson from Wii and 3DS?

Is there anybody that get ban by using emuNAND+SX OS (offline) on microSD and sysNAND (online)?

I'm waiting to receive my Xecuter PRO...

Do we know if anyone has been 100% offline, restored a clean NAND, gone online and still got a ban?

I'm interested.
There was one person who was supposedly banned for restoring a "clean NAND" they made with SX OS while staying offline with their tainted NAND. That being said, it was only one case. On top of that, no one has been banned for restoring a clean NAND made with Hekate while staying offline with their tainted NAND.
