Hacking I need help with a USB Loader

Are you being vague on purpose? You said d2x v8final base 57, but you didnt specify which ios slot. Be more specific next time, for peope who you are trying to guide

Okay, I think I can help you. I'll try to be as straightforward as possible without leaving out anything important.

First of all, If your drives and games are being detected then I doubt that cIOS is the real issue here.

I read your stuff and the only thing I can think of is to do this:

Go in USB loader GX (the others don't have this feature I think) and into loader settings.

In the slot that says "Error 002 fix", change it to say "Anti"
In the slot that says "Alternate DOL" change it to say "Default"

*IF YOU DON'T SEE a slot that says "Error 002 fix", then instead do these:

In the slot that says "Game Language" change it to say "English"
In the slot that says "Video Mode" change it to say "Region Patch"
Keep everything else on global/default.

IF THIS DOESN'T WORK, try to change to change Video Mode to "Force NTSC".

If none of this works, then pray that Cyan helps you or someone that actually knows what their talking about.
This is just what worked for me.

Ugh, I really wanna help you out here!

Did you only change the Error 002 fix and Alternate DOL?
If that didn't work then mess around with the video mode like I said. Try both "Force NTSC" and "Region Patch"
And obviously have your language set to English.

The only other thing I can think of is to go into d2x cIOS installer and install this:
cIOS: v10 - rev52 (beta52)
Base: 57
Slot: 249

After that, go into USB loader GX's loader settings and change "Game's IOS" to 249.
Make sure all your other settings are like I said.

TO RECAP:
In the slot that says "Error 002 fix", change it to say "Anti"
In the slot that says "Alternate DOL" change it to say "Default"
In the slot that says "Game Language" change it to say "English"
In the slot that says "Video Mode" change it to say "Force NTSC"
In the slot that says "Game's IOS" change it to say 249.
In the slot that says "Loader's IOS" change it to say 249.
Keep everything else on global/default.

After that your going to have to resort to religious beliefs, or just hope someone who isn't a noob stumbles upon the thread.

Anyway I'm sorry that I wasn't any help, Good luck with you games.

Launch your loader (usb loader gx) from the HBC, and result ??

Test another loader (Configurable loader v70 or Wiiflow).

Boi the slot doesn’t matter, it will not do any difference because you can select which game will use which slot, it is like saying to a kid to put his shoes on the shelves and his asking which shelf, it doesn’t matter, he will get back his shoes anyway. :rofl2:

heck yeah, gamestop is known to open consoles to repair them and not do the job properly.
just type "spawn wave gamestop refurbished system" on youtube and you'll see. he opens the consoles up and check all the problems they got from gamestop.
