Formatted the SD to FAT32 in order to created EMUNAND. Now I am trying to copy Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze.xci which is 6.68gb and it tell me that the game is to big for the destination size. I got 20 gb of space

Before I had to format to exfat to avoid this issue. If i format the sdcard in windows will i deleted emunand or is there a another solution

If you used the emuNAND hidden partition, you can format the remaining visible space as exFAT and the emuNAND will be safe. Failing that, split the files as said above. I'm using split and haven't had a single problem.

FAT32 is limited to a 4GB file size. Split the XCI into 4GB parts, search here for the tool.

use xci cutter to split rom files that are larger than 4gb

SXOS installs split files no problem on the latest version. I've also installed split XCI files to emuNAND and they work perfectly. What I've installed runs exactly like an NSP would.
