You might be okay, you might get banned eventually, no one here can tell you, in the future you gotta ask a question on here about stuff like restoring to retail, dont just assume. Best thing to do would be to restore your nand I guess, but you will lose all saves ect since then, you could backup your saves now, but then none of us know if restoreing your saves will get you banned. Like I said, no one here knows if you will get banned, you might get away with it.

So what about the people saying the opposite? Plenty of cases where they don't get banned, me included.

NSP has a greater risk of bans than XCI mounting, other than that no one actually knows and if they pretend to know they are lying.
My advice to OP is to remember this cesspool of a community always has an agenda to push and doesn't care about trying to find what actually leads to bans, they'll just spout rhetoric. There are other communities that won't be toxic when you try to get information and contribute to data gathering.

I've done pretty much everything you can do to the console and still not banned. (Checked few days ago when updated to 6.2)

Again, some were careful and had been offline (in airplane mode) and were still met with bans. Don't spread this like it's fact.
So why are you here then? Go to your little golden community. Or better yet, why dont you set up a sniffer and figure out all the telemetry going on and let this horrible cesspool of agendas know the TRUTH, that you are so sure of? lol

Airplane delays bans, don't avoid itThat was going to be my advice. Enable airplane, RCM and load CFW with tinfoil/goldleaf and delete titleid associated with monopoly.
Then boot into OFW and try re-installing.

If others are giving factually incorrect info then not only *should* I advise this person to not listen to them, it is a moral imperative to not to advise them to do so.
Allowing misinformation to spread via apathy makes the person doing the nothing to be just as guilty as the person who is spreading.

Being on airplane prevents telemetry from being communicated upstream. So long as it's enabled it is impossible to get banned. Don't misinterpret my advice and then acccuse me of wrong doing, it's very ignorant.

Update Update: decided that since I had to go ahead and boot CFW to fix the ticket issue, I may as well be a complete dumbass and installed Super Mario Party NSP on my SD card. Unlike some of you, I don’t use Airplane mode, rather just forget my internet settings. Airplane makes my Joycons stop working in dock mode. I’ll report back here when/if I get banned

I was one of the guys who 'hacked' their Nintendo Switch ... and used only personal dumps with certs of games I originally owned. And guess what; I got superbanned.
I have then gotten a new Nintendo Switch, which was an ipatched one and have been going 100% vanilla legit on that one. The other one is now my go to experiment, test, debug whatever you want to call it Switch.
That is the only surefire way you are in the clear.

I downloaded XP on dialup when it came out. Overnights for like a week. cuz I couldn't tie up the phone line during the day. It was so awesome and worked so great going from ME to XP. -
