I think users with the patched unit are on the track of waiting a couple of years like the 3DS ,we got lucky with the nvidia mess

Another question. Since ipatched consoles can still access RCM, who's to say someone won't find a way around the ipatch?

It what the infamous sxos team said "we know other sides of the autorcm bug" ,but you know maybe they are waiting for the Mariko units to be released so they have more market to sell unless they release the bug now and get patched the Mariko units

Someone may, or he/she may not. And even if he/she did find it, he/she may not release it, or even do the opposite by reporting it to Nintendo. The design was not perfect but actually good enough compares to others, but we were lucky because as most first-gen consoles they tend to fu*k up something in the begining, and NVidia did that for us. And the RCM code base might be relatively small compared to the other part of the system, which means chance of exploitation is lower as they are more simple and easier to spot bugs. But I could be wrong.
