I saw some peoplle having problems with this program not launching. I had the same problem myself. I found the solution. Go to C:\Users\YOURPCUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp\ and delete the WiiVCInjector folder. Now try to launch the program. Dont all say thanks at once hahah \0/, I didnt sleep last night trying to fix this as was annoying me so much and wanted to inject some GC games. Now its working.

As far as I'm aware, the WiiU Pro controller is not supported in vWii mode, you have to remember, official and custom Wii injects boots into vWii mode not in WiiU Mode, so there is no work around or fix/patch for this.
However the WiiU Pro Controller IS supported in vWii Homebrew apps, these apps must support this and other controllers, since the Wii VC games (custom and official) boots straight into vWii and launches the game, there is currently no way to intercept this to inject code to get other controllers to work.
The reason why we can use the GamePad in GamePad mode is because it can emulates the Wii Classic Controller and the Wii base that is used for injection supports Classic Controller in GamePad mode. In saying that, the Wii game MUST support the Classic Controller for the GamePad to work when your injecting games, or if the game uses sideways remote with no motion/waggle/pointer controls, you can also try force it for GamePad use.

Thanks. Saved me a ton of time trying to figure this out.

I can't get nintendont to work with this. Set Wii Homebrew, loaded .dol, icon and banner. Keys were checked, but get an error when installing with wup installer y mod. Is there anything else to set before building?

WUPINSTALLER Y MOD should give you an error message, post it here, incase you dont dont already know, you need to load Haxchi or Mocha CFW to install and launch this.

Quick questions:
1)
This app is reaally slow, so if i use the Wii U Usb helper method, downloading a custom gamecube game and selecting mi Iso file of the game would be the same?? It automatically set the game as you have to do with this Tecon´moon App??
2) If i select an USA custom gamecube game with Wii U Usb helper, and maybe my Iso image of the game is EUR, what would happen??
3) The only way to use the Gamepad as a controller for gamecube games, is via Injection right??

I really wish someone can put out a tutorial on this app. The explaination isn't so clear. Converting wii and GC games are different. Not to mention the so many ways to convert wii games

What specifically are you having trouble with? If you have the keys you need it's pretty easy. Gamecube you do nothing but select GC Retail injection, choose your iso where it says game, click download images from cucholix's repo (this will give you your banner and icon) for gamecube you only need to go to Gamepad/meta options if you want to change the name of the game when it appears on the Wii U menu, you don't change any gamepad options it's automatically set to use you gamepad then go to build title and click build.

Wii is the same except of course you click wii retail injection to start. and get your images exactly the same way as gamecube, go to gamepad/meta options to change the name of the game. On that same page you have Gamepad emulation use this compatibility list to know if a Wii game can use the gamepad http://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/WiiU_VC_Wii_inject_compatibility_list if not you have to use the wiimote and leave everything the same (as in leave no gamepad emulation) and just hit build. If the game does use gamepad you can change the gamepad options choose classic controller emulation or sometimes or I sometimes use horizontal wii remote emulation depending on the game. You just have to experiment.,

It probably sounds like it's hard and a lot to take in but it's really easy once you do it once you won't have any problems doing it over and over again, and if you get stuck you can always ask on here.

This is the process I'm having to repeat for all of my injecting.
Gamecube iso:
I select the iso, I go into sd card setting. I select WiiU Widescreen, force widescreen, memcard emulation = 251, hit download latest Nintendont from Github, and hit generate nintendont config file (nincfg.bin), w my wiiu sd card inserted into my pc.

I'm not sure if I need to select the sd card menu all the time or do I even need the wii u sd card connected to my pc?

Wii iso:
I do the same exact thing except for the gamepad option where I switch gamepad option depending on the game. It's either no gamepad for games like mario galaxy where I need the motion and nunchuck, classic controller, or horizontal wii mote for new super mario bros. I still go into the sd card menu and select the same option as gamecube. Not sure if I need to or not.

WiiWare wad:
I don't know what to do w/ these games since they are wad files. Games like Megaman 10 and Castlevania rebirth. Not sure how to inject these games yet.

I'm looking at the list you sent. It mentioned host game and it jump between Rhythm Heaven Fever (USA) and Xenoblade Chronicles (USA). What does that mean?

You don't even need to mess with sd card settings. If anything just do it once to generate the nincfg.bin and your memcard settings, that's it. Rest of the time just skip it.

This will only make Wiiware game forwarders . You need to install the wad on the vwii side and this program only makes a forwarder to allow it to show up on the Wii U screen. You still install the forwarder the same as Wii or GC games through Wup Installer.

Is that written to my sd card, nincfg.bin? Ok, I'll skip that portion from now on. Thanks.

I didn't understand a thing you said about wiiware games. Lol...

Don't worry about the host game. As long as you installed the Rhythm Heaven Fever key on the program that's it. If you had to do anything with host games I would have mentioned it but you don't so I didn't mention it. Stick to what I wrote and stop looking for other things to confuse you.

Great. Thanks for all the help. This will speed up the process.

HELP

WARNING: USB FAT device could not be opened

As you know... the USB HDD that we use for install games via Wup installer, is automatically formatted by the Wii U itself.
That warning is the result of a Gamecube vc Inject, what can i do??
Psdt: my gamecube games work via nintendont and a usb memory, launching vWii and that. The thing is that i want a faster process, that´s why i´m trying this method of inject games, and the title launches and all but then redirects me to nintendont and says that... i launch haxchi first, then the game.
The game is installed in my HDD with all the others Wii U games.

Have you tried deleting it and reinstalling it?

Yeah I installed about 70 gamecube injects and never had one problem. Program just a bad inject.
Thank you that´s a nice answer, i will try another with other config. Maybe was because i select the option: specific nintendont forwader, i deactivated and now i´ll try again.

No every Gamecube inject automatically has Gamepad support that can't be it. When you inject a gamecube game the program doesn't let you change the gamepad support you have to have it.

That makes me wonder did you choose gc retail inject on the top? If you injected a gc game under Wii that's your problem.

Where it says Wii Retail Injection Wii Homebrew Injection and GC Retail Injection choose GC Retail Injection.
