Every rom i start kicks me back to the retroarch main menu.

Also it seems like if I go on caches interpreter or pure interpreter the performance is better? Or actually it doesn't seem to matter that much to be honest?

If you overclock switch do you need to manually set it back to stock before exit retroarch or will it auto do that?

Any other options you can tweak for more performance? RSP mode is on HLE for me.

You don't have to use fat32, but exfat has a tendency to corrupt the SD if the game crashes, and if that happens you'll wish you had switched to fat32.

To minimize utter shitness, as has been posted here many times, use the latest nightly of retroarch.nro and the latest nightly of mupen_next, not the old build. Use the recommended config settings, and if you're cutting and pasting the settings into the cfg file, make sure they point to the mupen_next build. Those config settings are much more important than overclocking.

Regarding FPS, maybe in the overlay submenu?

Me too. I've been using the nsp RA launcher, and it's worked like a charm. I honestly don't see what the difference between that and hijaking a game to launch, other than legality, especially if you're not using SXOS.

I would change a setting on the new core and then see how it manifests in the config file...(and then rename them accordingly)

Stupid question: Right now I got a very small screen and around its black. How do I get full/ nearly fullscreen?

How about leaving constructive or useful criticism instead of throwing a tantrum because Blast Corps didn't work 100%. I'm still stunned that someone can act so entitled over something people are using for *free*. Strange for someone who "doesn't care about game saves" that he restores the feature literally hours later. Freezerbomb is right, you are by far the worse person on this site.

Blast Corps its a really good game but...seriously, this is a N64 emulator, not a Blast Corps emulator.

We have some problems in a few games using this unfinished emulator? Woooo, really??? The sky is blue?

Anyway, the desert world of Banjo & Kazooie looks amazing in my switch :bow:

The thing I'm most impressed with is Perfect Dark performance even with bots on. To the point where I'm making plans with a friend to set up a PD session like we did on the N64 back in the day on Area 52 against bots, sat with laptop guns camped out in a room
