I haven't been on my 3DS (or these forums) for a while but I am noticing that it is taking much longer to load up. The LUMA and God menu things boot up fine but the actual OS just comes with the custom banner thing and takes like a minute or longer to load.
I think I am on 11.8 but I don't actually remember - I might still be on 11.7.
I did make a couple of NAND backups a few months ago though.

Only reason you'd be seeing a logo or anything at boot would be because you enabled it and put it there. Just go on Luma settings and disable splash screens or whatever it's called. That will make it load much faster.

What class is your SD?
It's OK but not that fast

If you are getting proper boot times now, then all good. If it's still a bit slow, let us know as it could have been a slow SD card on top of the boot animations:P
