Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

Gotta wait for a tutorial for the SNES/Genesis emulators.
Do they run at the same speed as the ones on the R4 or better because of the better hardware of the DSi?

I got my SNES image created with a few roms, SNemulDS shows the list of roms correctly but is then frozen. Can't move or select anything with buttons or touchscreen.

I'm using hiyacfw and then booting twilight menu if it matters.

For SNEmulDS if you choose Turbo Speed in the Settings yes it runs faster.
For jEnesisDS yes it runs faster.

Hi. I've been away for a while, but today i updated directly to the new 7.2.0, from 6.5.x i guess. Everything is working, old saves are loading. I just noticed the app is now a DSiware app on the HOME Menu (3DS CFW user). Does that mean i don't need to use the TwiLight Menu++ Launcher anymore? Can i unnistall it?

Weird. I don't have this issue.
What console are you using, and how big is the .img file?

Yes, you can uninstall it.

Try loading the settings app and then quitting back to the home menu (or restarting).This app never shows up on my home menu until I load something else or restart.

me too. i don't have any clue how to do the .img thing with the program lol. nevertheless, great work, Robz8!

Make sure you don't have more than 40 DSiWare/forwarders installed.

With this program. (Click "Download software")
The .img files can be up to 12MB on DSi, or 28MB on 3DS.

Hi all, I've been trying to play a copy of new super mario bros., and i've been trying to get into the minigames (for nostalgic reasons, etc. etc. don't need to explain i hope).

the game launches fine, all good stuff and the like. the other three options ("campaign", mario vs. luigi, options) all work properly, but trying to go into the minigames brings up a black screen. i'm using the acekard theme (if that makes any difference) since i have more games than the 40 allowed from the 3ds/dsi screens. don't think i've tried from the dsi/3ds themes, but doubt it would make a difference.

any way i can resolve this or am i just SOL?

(also should mention other games, like mariokart ds work properly. not sure if there's other games that cause a black screen but i thought i'd bring it to your attention and possibly have it resolved)

Accessing Minigames tries to soft-reset the game, which doesn't work yet.

I had some issues with twilight menu++, sometimes the roms does not load (Yes, I used the option to see if a rom loads in the ndsi leds) and sometimes the roms load. But they start to does not load at all when I launch Twilight menu++ as a pricipal launcher in istead of Hiya.

Hiya is a dependency for nds-bootstrap, so Hiya should be started first.

So if I set to boot TLmenu++ as first is normal that that does not work properly?

Hey everyone, just installed the latest version of twilight menu and followed the directions (o3ds CFW) and when I select the TWiLight Menu icon I get a black top screen and a white bottom screen and it never loads. Weirdly, it worked the 2nd time I opened the program and never again. Anybody deal with something like this, and if so how did you get it to work? I just installed cfw on my 3ds a week ago so I'm new to all this.

I had used a 12 meg image (as created in ramdisk), with about 3 megs of it unused, which was locking up SNESemulDS. When I reduced it down to 11 megs it worked fine.
