ntrboot is an exploit for the 3ds that you set up on a flashcard ntrboot boots so early in the boot process that it can be used even in the event that the device has had its nand erased, so through it (and godmode9) you can fix nearly any bricked console . . .

RS? I guess you mean the R4 3DS card, No R4 plays 3DS Games, unless you use it with NTRboot Method to install 3DS CFW, I have ever got a 3ds game flashcart, Sky3ds+, but now spend all my time on Switch with SX OS CFW.

homebrew comes in two forms .cia files ... and .3dsx . . . .cia stands for citra install-able app, citra is the development codename for the 3ds as a cia must be installed it is un-achievable without cfw . . . .3dsx is 3ds homebrew without the ability or need to install you simply drag and drop files to the correct location on your sd card and launch the homebrew menu and a list of apps popup, while they dont need to be installed so they dont always need cfw they can gain extra depth/functions with cfw, some .3dsx apps will need cfw installed as their function is out of the reach of basic (userland) homebrew

lol either the 3ds's sd slot is less advanced then modern sd cards . . . regardless of the cards speed the 3ds will give you the same speed as these are both more advanced/faster than the hardware
i dont know this company from a hole in the wall . . . so let me say this it is important to get your sd card from a reliable source (to avoid counterfeit cards), if you have a counterfeit sd card then you can expect corruption to occur on the sd card (or even within the console itself leading to a bricked system) . . . if you want to test the validity of your sd card there is a pc app for that
