Yesterday was playing FFIV CC on my CFW 6.60 Pro PSP 3000, when all of a sudden the console just completely shuts off. After turning it back on it seems it showed the sony logo and stuff, nothing out of the ordinary. The battery was around 60%, at first I thought the battery might have run out of juice but that's not the case.
I'm starting to think this is a battery issue, but I highly doubt it, the psp shows signs of wear on the paint and buttons, It's a used console that I bought it last year around November. It has been years since this happened to me with another FAT PSP.
Also I have searched google high and low for a solution to this issue, which apparently dates back to when the console was first released, but to no avail, it seems people just replace the console and that's it.
Maybe in 2019 this issue has finally been solved? any help would be appreciated.
