Hi,
I bought a GBA SP 101 and it does not charge. When you plug it, the orange light turns on but the battery does not charge and, even without the battery, the orange light stays on. If you leave the battery, it is drained. I checked the components of the board with a multimeter and it seems that the Q2 component is failing.

I searched it and it seems that the component is a "Schottky Barrier Diode 200 mWatt" (device type: BAS70-06). I want to confirm this information with you to look for a replacement. I attached some images.

Hello,

These aren't so expensive : fr.aliexpress.com/item/McIgIcM-100pcs-SOT-23-1SS181-1SS184-1SS226-2SC1623-BAS19-BAS40-BAS70-BAS70-04-BAS70-05-BAS70/32827167336.html

Or you could buy a defective gba sp on ebay or other sites.

Hi again,
The diode arrived, but it was a little bit bigger than the one on the board. So, I still wonder if someone knows which type of SMD is this.
