Is it possible to mod the software to download all items to the queue so that we can have a semi offline setup for all regions not just ours?
e.g on ModMii startup, have a download everything button.

I could bundle a download queue to download everything... Currently download queues are bundled to download everything from NUS.

In the meantime if u want do to this, just start modmii classic and go to each of the download pages and enter "a" to select all on each page. Then just download them.

So the steps would be, start modmii classic, type I agree, then 1, then A, Enter (to cycle to page 2), a, enter, a, enter, a, d, y

I'll down the classic way now, but for the sake of keeping the Wii easily mod-able for the distant future and pack sounds good.

You might be thinking of yawmm.

I see YAWMM (Yet Another Wad Multi Manager) with Motion+ support is not automatically installed. I had to run ModMii Classic Mode to install this and other great stuff.

Since the latest ModMii 6.5.0 installer and instructions still uses Multi-Mod Manager v13.4 that does not support Motion+ controllers. You might want to mention that in the generated installation instructions.

Under ModMii Classic Mode I see WiiFlow Forwarder and USB-Loader Forwarder Channel. USB loader GX forwarder download seems to missing.

good idea but instead I've been working to add motion + support, it's just been taking longer than anticipated.

And as I said previously, the USB loader Forwarder that comes with ModMii is for any and all USB loaders, it works even with gx.

So Dumb question, I have a modded Wii with the typical applications (most recent versions) - how will the note at the beginning advising "servers will be down in 2019" affect me?

Why does ModMii installs IOS236?
According to the Complete Softmod Guide [sorry I can't post the link] or wii.guide it isn't necessary anymore.

Is it just for the Priiloader 0.7 236mod?
And is the 236mod better than the "normal" v. 0.8.2 or why doesn't ModMii use this?

for the ios 236 thing not sure if it is still an issue but hbc used to have trouble with ios 58 and net initiating that would cause a crash

myself i use an older version of priiloader myself just because i have hacks on sd root instead of in priloader folder

not sure on the priloader thing XFlak will have to answer u on that one

Thanks for your replies!
If i understand that correctly, the risk of bricking ist when installing the Priiloader in IOS58?
And the risk can be avoided by turning on the wifi connection?

For the case it occurs, is it a fullbrick or is it possible to restore a nand backup with bootmii (or just if bootmii is installed as boot2)?

I am assuming that this is just a false positive, but when I go to dowload modmii, it gets immediately blocked and my antivirus says that it blocked a harmful virus. Is my assumption right? I am getting it from the official download page on SourceForge.

Yes it is a false positive, it's perfectly safe. I've modded almost 40 Wii's with ModMii and have run into that issue a couple times myself when updating. Just disable your antivirus or add an exception for the folder ModMii is in.

It could result in semi brick from installing priiloader, a system menu or system menu ios. All can be recovered using bootmii boot2 and nand backup. But why risk it? A patched IOS236 is quick and doesn't hurt anything

Ahbprot enabled apps that are launched from the homebrew channel AND modify critical system files AND also do not have an active wifi connection carry a very small but also very real risk of bricking

Is that the reason why in MMM IOS236 is loaded before installing the wads?

I used ModMii to prepare my Installation.

In the WAD-Folder I found the IOS 11, 20, 30, 40, 50, 52, 60, 70 all -v16714(IOS60v6174[FS-ES-NP-VP-DIP])

The original IOS are inaktiv refered to wiibrew.org/wiki/ios - What are these Patches / patches IOS for?

Thank you for answering all my questions!!

Ahbprot enabled apps that are launched from the homebrew channel AND modify critical system files AND also do not have an active wifi connection carry a very small but also very real risk of bricking
Does that me that there is no risk if wifi is connected?

Is that the reason why in MMM IOS236 is loaded before installing the wads
Is it also possible to use YAWMM or does it not support selecting IOS236?
