I know this has been asked and it can get annoying but please i need help. i updated to the latest 6.2 using chouNX. never used it before, watched a couple of tutorials it seemed pretty straight forward so i done the update which was successful except now not only is my SXOS not working (it launched but when you click on the photo album nothing happens), the switch itself takes about 2 minutes to fully start now compared to mere seconds before. i am currently uploading my initial backup file i did when i first got my SXOS , i think i was still on firmware 5.0 when i did that update. will restoring this backup through sxos menu and or hekate fix it? is there something else i can do to stay on 6.2 and get my photo album launcher working again and switch to boot normal without reflashing my initial back up?

Yeah the system is unable to read your card. Just use another sd card or format your current one to fat32 then reinstall the fw, choose exfat this time

When selecting a firmware with choiNX there are two option, the left option is normal, the right is exfat. You can format your sd card to fat32 adn rerun the update with choiNXand choose exfat. as for nothing loading when you select the album, make sure archive bits are unset

Can I reinstall officially via the normal way when I reformat my card I’m not banned I should never have used choudujour to begin with. If not I’d rather keep my card as is what files would I need on another micro sd if I format to fat32? Just sxos, chounx and the same firmware I used?

if you want to. Honestly, backup SD card, format it to fat32 and copy the files back over and rerun choidujourNX and choose the right option. As I said also check for archive bit

Windows
  1. Plug your SD card into your computer.
  2. Highlight all folders except the Nintendo folder.
  3. Right click and uncheck the Archive option.
    • Alternatively on older versions of Windows, right click and navigate to Properties > Advanced and uncheck it there instead.
macOS
  1. Plug your SD card into your computer.
  2. Open Terminal.
  3. Execute the following command on each file / folder in your root directory excluding the Nintendo folder:
sudo chflags -R arch /Volumes/[name of SD card]/[name of file or folder]
Hekate Bootloader
  1. Inject the Hekate bootloader payload.
  2. Navigate to Tools...
  3. Navigate to and select Unset archive bit (all sd files)
    • This may take a while doing it this method

Have you updated SX OS to the latest 2.5.2?
