Hey people. I have got a new Switch and using it since 2 days. When I connect USB-A to C cable from PC to Switch, there is a charging icon appear on my Switch - I know it is not enough but at least I see the charging icon - But problem is, when I want to charge it with my Power bank (it is not a new one, DC 5v @ 2A) it doesn't charge Switch. And my wall charger (DC 5v @ 2a and DC 15v @ 1.25a) doesn't charge it too. Switch just doesn't show the icon.

So where is the problem? Is it my cable (it is cheap but USB 3.0) or is it my chargers?

If I get the problem I will buy a new charger or a new cable accordingly. Thank you.

Don't use just any random A to C cable, only use name brand cables or ones that are listed as having a 56k resistor. It's not the same as MicroUSB where any cheap cable will work, it could actually fry your PC/powerbank/charger and even the Switch if you use a badly made cable.
If you need a new cable, I might suggest getting a Pro Controller or a JoyCon charge grip (the latter is cheaper) which both come with a good A to C cable.

Edit: Also, a 5V charger won't charge the Switch very well in game, it might charge very slowly or not at all, but it's best to use an USB-PD charger or powerbank that provides the 15V the Switch needs (not a cheap low quality one though as that might risk frying the USB matrix controller chip in the Switch)

So the problem here is my cable, or my charger and power bank? I mean they should at least provide power to Switch if it is wouldn't even enough, right?

In my country I can't find any specific 56k cable. But I have found this in my country.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/OIVO-IV-SW035-Nintendo-Switch-Charging/dp/B074TTNH8Y

So if I buy it, can my chargers at least provide power to my Switch?

But if my cable is the problem, why Switch shows the charging icon when I connect to my PC with the SAME cable?

Probably the cable. It won't charge quickly with 5V but it should at least charge if it's at least 2A.
Your PC only provides 500mA/850mA and probably doesn't care if the cable has a 56k resistor. But, the lack of a 56k resistor can make the Switch try to draw more power than the charger is capable of providing, which can fry the charger or device used to charge, luckily in your case the charger just refuses to work. Then because the Switch is already known to brick from unstable power, that could fry the Switch as well if you're unlucky.

Thank you for explanation.

So I am going to try with this:

Why not grab a Samsung S8 cable (what I did) and a robust Sony wall charger with 2 usb ports on top. This charges my Switch while I'm out very fast! At home I have a Chinese branch charger that I've been using for months (very fast as well)

Actually I don't need a wall charger. Nintendo's original charger does the thing when home. I just needed a power bank and a cable that provide that insane amount of power Switch consumes (as a mobile device) I got the cable and just need a power bank because -I haven't tried yet- I think my old 5v 2a power bank will charge my Switch for ages.

Which power bank would you suggest for an optimal charging times (if not the best). I mean you don't have to tell exact brands because probably I won't find them here, just what specifications should I look for?

Unfortunately I can't recommend any specs regarding power bank on the Switch. I had a pretty good one which I tried on it and it couldn't charge it.

It is solved. I got the Aukey 56k resistor usb 3.0 cable. Tried now with my old 5v 2a power bank. It works amazing. And it is charging incredibly fast. I don't know how but I can say it charges %3-4 in 5 minutes. I didn't expect that.

So thank you guys for advices and infos.
