It's an german saying from an old but funny partysong.
"Alles hat ein Ende nur die Wurst hat zwei..."
means
"Everything has an (one) end, but only the sausage has two (ends)".
Well, he made it with herbs to refer to your Sauerkraut

Not that I was ever proud of germany or anything...
However that "kraut" thing... is just annoying.

I wish we had some good Sauerkraut and proper wurst here - unfortunately everyone has English ancestry in my part of the US :'(
