for me first is the gamecube , but the gameplay of wii is good with the wii version i think you got the good deal

The Wii version was my favorite solely due to the controls. Tough to beat that pinpoint accuracy of the wiimote with an analogue stick.
My favourite way to play RE4 is still through Wii too. All the content, no downgrades, Wiimote+Nunchuk combo, that IR aiming makes the game too fun (specially with the mine launcher!).
That said, I really want to see how the Switch port ends up being.

Couldn't find any info on it, can't even find any real source that states it even works for the PS3 version..
Just checked, it's been so many years and my memory was confusing: i made a mistake about ps move support on RE 5 GOLD with RE 4 HD, the 1st has move support, while the later doesn't.
So Wii edition is the best way to play RE 4, sorry for the mistake.
Aww. Well, might try it with 5. Haven't tried 5 with motion before. 4 is a blast on the Wii though. Was just really hoping to be able to play it with motion in HD.

Vanilla RE 5 doesn't have move support, it must be Gold edition, or either you have to connect ur ps3 to Internet to download the free upgrade for vanilla re5.

The problem is: If you've played the Wii version, the other versions will feel slow as hell.
Good graphics -> PC version (Please wait for the ultra deluxe hyper version. A fan is making a patch to all the graphics for a true HD experience.)
