Depends on the game. I rage quit dark souls because I couldn't wrap my head around it. Action/adventure games I through myself right back into the action. Same with platformers and metroidvanias.

Online multiplayer competitive games are hard for me but I try to not rage because that's frustrating to the people I'm playing with.

I'm just laughing if I'm loser so no biggie and not looking for competitive to win to make myself looks good.

The rage quit was common among the children and teens, but fade away when you are adult.

At most I yell at my TV. I don’t get mad at games often though. So either I try again or get bored and do something else.

I have an aversion to swearing, so the angriest I'll get is like, 9-year-old-kid-speak angry,

"Freakin'...cheating jerkfaces with their cheap stupid cheating lame jerkfaced whatever! I don't care!!"

and then I'll sigh and move on and forget about it after 10 minutes.
I don’t swear a whole lot either. I sometimes swear on the internet because I’m trying to fit in with the cool kidz, but I don’t swear irl.

I know when I was a kid I threw my Super Nintendo controller a few times, particularly after losing the same Super Mario World level 10+ times.

I've slammed my mouse on my desk a few times, but that's about as violent as I get.
Saw a friend do the same with his genesis controller. I immediately thought, “if that breaks, then we can’t play anymore.”. That’s when I learned that getting mad and destroying something just makes it worse.

Depending on the game itself.
If I get really serious into it, I might shout a bunch of swear words and keep trying.
I eventually win over it, considering how stubborn I am in the first place.
Bile is what fuels me to improve over time.

I think I rage less in online gaming, and when I lose I just accept that my opponent is better than me and that's fine. Repeated failure in single player can be really discouraging cause you're just battling with code.
I used to get quite mad as a kid, these days it's only very few games that can get me worked up.
I have 3 dents in my desk, one for each Dark Souls game. Souls can make me angry.

I mostly just swear these days (to be fair, I do it when winning as well) or throw a stress ball around.

When I was younger I've:

Bit a controller
Thrown controllers
Punched a hole in the wall (plasterboard)
Knackered a gamegear by punching it because something was bullshit.

I did have a moment of weakness earlier this year and an x360 controller went down the stairs (thanks rocket league), but generally speaking these days it's mostly swearing.

If I got roflstomped, I'll get pissed and put on some more aggressive music and grind out more games.
If it was a close game, I'll appreciate how good the match was.
If I roflstomp, I'll sometimes feel bad for the other team having a bad game.
