So let me do ya'll a little story.

I have FW 6.2, using mSD 256GB @ FAT32

Using KosmosV115

3 days ago or so... I had basically, 240GB of data installed.
Tons of games and RetroArch setup with all kinds of stuff.
All working perfectly.

I did something and I couldn't figure what caused it but all my games started saying either "you have corrupted saves" or "cant run this game in a black screen"
I lost my mind trying to figure what happened, I ended believing I had a corrupted mSD card. I wiped my card and spent hours doing storage error test on my card to see if my card was faulty, after that for 3 days I been installing Atmos, Kosmos etc trying to get my games to run perfect again with no luck.
Today I finally had my games running good with KosmosV115, I decided to go into "Kosmos Updater" and Update it. (I have FAT32)...after rebooting and all. BAM!
same errors started popping up again! I freaked out cause I thought it had corrupted everything. But i went and copied the Kosmos Updater folder from my PC into the SD card (reverting it back to the old version I suppose) and my games started working again.

I'm posting this cause I'm puzzled why it does this, also in case someone else has the same issue.

I feel like your SD card was full, causing the issue.

You couldn't verify corruption, or verify against corruption on your files, so no one can tell you definitely what happened.

While the first time it happened my card had maybe 9gb storage left.

The second time it happened my card had half the storage and I still happened. :/

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

You should thank yourself, not Kosmos. Sorry to tell you, but this was/is for 100% mistake on your side.

How was this my mistake?
When I used a built in feature to update the program? Which is what caused the error.

Try testing your microSD card with h2testw. It might be fake.

I did, thats why I said I spent hours doing storage error test. I used h2test. All came good.

It was actually KosmoUpdater what had messed things up, seeing as simply reverting that folder back to the old version fixed the "corruption" problem. >.<

I am actually experiencing similar issues after going to 6.2 and latest kosmos. I can install a game and immediately start it and it will tell me its corrupt and i need to delete it. I reinstall it again and sometimes it will work. This has been happening on all of my games that I am reinstalling due to a mass corruption wipe. After several reinstall attempts i think i have all my games in a stable state.

Using 256GB Samsung Evo Select (Confirmed Legit) and it was not close to full
