Are you upset that people didn't decide to randomly wake up today and read through your long guide to see if there's any updates expected?
for people who doesn't know him, then you are loosing something in ps3 & ps4 games scene (digital releases). There's a community out there (repack). I'm also a member of that community, i confirm that he's a very trustworthy person in general. But im not suggesting that he's the right person to ask about the exploit.

Oh to add something about the OP, theres no exploit related news announced, its only about the games, but if you're talking about the xploit, for sure its not fake. You can visit psxhax and psx-place and read-back some headlines and you will see that theres a new possible exploit about hdmi, video, etc. But anyway the person mentioned above is not the person behind the exploit, but he's more active on content cracking.
