Hey! a week ago i was useing SX OS and wanted to play recent games on FW 6.2. i was hesitant at first from reading the news from SX OS site saying DO NOT UPDATE. so i recently found atmosphere on youtube on how it support 6.2 and nsp installs. so i made my decision to update just so i can use atmosphere on 6.2.
and then......
i see a nintendo logo when trying to boot atmosphere
and theen...
i got a black screen.
the regular stock FW works and sx boots up (even thoe i cant use it now) and the switch can still boot in recovery mode.
so i wanted to ask if someone can help me boot into atmosphere with the correct payload and files
and yes i bout my switch on launch day. (day 1).

Thank you for reading this post

I think you're better off using the current Kosmos files.
Just download the zip and extract the content on your sd card.
Then launch the CFW via hekate payload.
Link: https://github.com/tumGER/SDFilesSwitch/releases
ok so
step 0. i wipe my sd card clean and only put your files on sd card
step 1. im useing TegraRCM 2.4
step 2. i boot into recoverymode and inject hekate_ctcaer_4.5.bin
step 3. hekate appear on switch
-> i go to launch
--> then down to cfw
---> then it loads, then nintendo logo appear.
-----> then black screen activate.

what am im doing wrong?

I think you can download all needed files from here:
https://www.sdsetup.com/console?switch.
I usually use the "Pre-configured bundle" => "Kosmos default".
ok so i downloaded the files and then got a file called
ums_sd.scr.img
what i do with this?

My guess is that your sd card is exfat and your system doesn't have exfat support. Did you update via choixdujour? If so you forgot to select 6.2 exfat.
Right now try to format your sd card into fat32 and launch cfw. If it works you'll need to get the exfat update via choixdujour.

ok one more thing, can this cfw play nsp? and im going to try to update it one more time to get the exfat working

Yes, it has sigpatches for games (not for custom nsp though like the hbmenu nsp).
Choixdujour got you covered for the exfat support. Just be sure to select 6.2 exfat.
