Hacking Switch online family group dangerous?

I have a family group and I would like to invite other people to that group.

If one of those other persons will go online with a hacked switch and if he will be banned, can this ban affect the other members of that family group including myself?

Unlikely. Accounts aren't banned, consoles are. Now whether or not it leaves a "mark" so to speak, no one knows except how Nintendo handles these things.

Do you think the inviting account could also be marked, even if only an invited account cheats?
