I checked, and it seems that it isn't patched, however, when did you purchase this Switch?
I got a similar one and apparently we both bought switch from this Black Friday deals in Australia. I bought from Amazon Australia.

I tried to inject but got black screen on my switch. I used computer tools to do that and the tools TegraRcmGUI showed green status of "RCM OK", so I believe I did all correct.

Pretty sure it is a patched switch. After I try the biskeydump method, it shows "Smash the stack with a 0x0002".

I got mine from Amazon Australia Black Friday sales as well. The stock system version is 4.01, I don't mind much if it cannot be patched Im going to play Warframe and Fortnite anyway which are free-to-play games. And maybe buy some top games or indie games later.

But I thought that the 6.2.0 update was patched? At least, that's the impression I got from Reddit forums. I'm not concern about online play, but I do want to be to run Homebrew.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way -
