Refer to the first post for patched info. To view your firmware you need to delete the update, donthis by powering off the switch then hold volume + and - while pressing the power button. Don’t need to do anything in maintence mode once there just power off and restart, then check firmware in settings.
Next step is make a complete Nand backup. See tutorials section and ask questions in the noob paradise thread.

So I have been trying to find an unpatched console locally and on eBay and it’s not been fruitful.
I’m thinking of just getting the Mario odyssey bundle brand new on eBay.
Can anyone confirm if those bundles are OK? It sucks to have to spend so much but it seems to be my only option.

I dont think its a smart idea to reveal ur whole serial number like that. I suggest u keep it a little bit shorter like in the quote here.

From what i see its not patched. Why not try to see if you can boot up something like https://gbatemp.net/threads/rcm-payload-hekate-ctcaer-mod.502604/ if that works then you know ur golden.
Disclaimer though: there are more capable people than me that might have a better answer
