Could Nintendo test the console, tell me it was or was not CFW related and tell me to pay for unbaning it (they said max was 150€)... and if so, if it's not worth paying that amount if i can get a used one for 200€ and decide to decline Nintendo's repair... could they send it back patched but unbaned?

I have sxos since version 1.2

I am now in 6.1.0 ofw
Sxos 2.2.3 still not banned
I saved my nand with hekate
In ofw 5.1
I also saved ofw 6.1 with hekate
Never put auto rcm , or emunand or emunand sd..
In cfw Always plane mode ,then came stealth
No update or online update through the pc
And restore 6 times my nand to play a fortnite (my free favorite network test)

Totally possible.

We're talking about the enterprise which made the product you bough and were using, so, they have all tools which can find and do anything to any switch or other nintendo device.

If they charge you a value like those, won't worth it, so, just buy a new switch instead.

If you wanna a hackable switch, i suggest you to find thread about switch serial numbers to stay tuned about how you'll know if switch you buy is hackable or not.

The only diference I see is how backup was made... never AutoRCM (RCMTegraGUI or ns-atmosphere injector) cfw always airplane mode and stealth came on when installed 2.0.1. No update anyhow... First time restored and BAN

If you are sure of yourself, and you have not been online in cfw like me or homebrew online, then yes we can be sure of that
The nand hekate backup is safe ( in addition to being checked now...) no checking on sxos...

Nintendo do ban waves, so, you or anyone else can be banned in future if did something wrong, like using SX OS/Pro for nand backup.

Enjoy while you can.

Where did you get this false information from?
Or are you just a TX hater who talks everything down?

The backup is also made with SXOS before Horizon loads, like with hekate!

You have a "bootloader" screen on SXOS and the "Horizon" software (Album) - two different things - the backup is made on the "bootloader" screen

U sure u havent been online after backing the NAND? So u put switch in airplane mode before backup? Bcs if u didnt, and u went online after the nand backup N might have registered ure last telemetry and if u restore a nand from before this wont add up in their logging chronologically.

List of things done:
Backed up all saves to cloud. Did restore factory settings. (This deleted all saved wifi APs)
Loaded SXOS boot.dat to microsd, used rcm jig and Tegra to boot into bootloader.
Dumped NAND ofw 6.1.0 and generated license-request.dat
While getting license.dat on pc, emunand was created (all default settings)
Put license.dat, boot into bootloader, check if emunand was enabled and booted into it.
Console never went back to OFW
Console never went online on CFW (always no wifi and airplane mode)
When wanted to go back to OFW, loaded sxos bootloader and restored NAND from precious backup
THATS ALL

All you can do now is embrace it, what is done is done, you cannot revoke a banned switch...

This just proves that no methode is 100% safe, anyone claiming that is lying... i prefer it like that, you cant have the best of both worlds, either hack it and play solo or never hack it and stay online

Best answer. Those that claim ban proof will be back one day asking how it is possible they got banned. Mark my words.

I don't see anybody claiming ban proof but it needs to be said that there's plenty of people using sx-os that are not banned. I don't play online but I do connect in ofw to update games and firmware then I promptly delete wifi settings before booting into cfw. All of this was being done without emunand. Now i just started using sd emunand and will update if anything changes.

If the error is not on Nintendo’s error list, and Nintendo are saying It’s not banned? Surely it’s not banned and it’s a different type of error?

This dude has been spreading false information about TX and SX OS non-stop. Even though other solutions are responsible for far more banned consoles.

Have you tried to use the switch recovery menu and reset your switch? Without deleting save data maybe something gone wrong.

One thing that isn't fully clear is: when you backed your games saves to nintendo cloud service, did you already had hacked it or was a clean nand?

Still haven't got to tell the owner to do it

It was 100% clean NAND. A micro SD with boot.dat only got into the switch when it was factory reseted. The online worked for like 2 days from when restoring nand backup and it stoped just after the update to 6.2.0

Well, as it seems, 6.2.0 appears to have more checks and telemetry than we though.

That's why it is 6.2.0 and not 6.1.1.

Advice for everybody: save money for mariko unit which will arrive in future, possibly as Switch XL or New Switch (or noth) or be banned for good and risky that your account with some bough games.
