Yeah that's you.
But for others XCIs for example are better?
Like I have most of my games on my hard drive as XCI, cuz i'm playing docked a lot.
I only have 3 games on my SD Card and maybe 1 NSPs on my switch.

So I just saved money by not buying a 200 GB SD card, plus if such thing would come like with Pokémon Let's Go, my switch won't be bricked, just my emunand.
Well yeah im saying for me the free options are better. For me, xcis are worthless. I play mostly handheld and just convert any xci.

Some people consider the Form factor of the SX pro. All cfw need an USB bootstick. The most China solutions are not as sleek as the SX pro. And PCs and phones are not as convenient as the SXpro.

not the first time a paid option is the only way, there is no free homebrew/cfw solution for the xbox 360

Except that is definitely NOT the case on the Switch

I beg to differ. The RCMLoader might just be even more slick than the SX one

I just bought the SX Pro bundle. To me, being able to pirate without much risk was my only term and SX seems to be the best option for that. They also release nice features faster than the free ones, which seems like a plus to me. If the free alternatives one day offer more or better features, then I can just switch to them, but for now, I will try SX OS.

how about you try reading?
Will this be first time paid CFW dominate CFW scene?

he said nothing about only being the switch, the switch is still a new system so of course the only option is paid, just like gateway, just like the wii (iirc)

"CFW scene" is pretty vast

It already has. Riding on the coat tails of the Nintendo Switch is such an excellent business model. They made hacking easy for the end consumer, they profit, everyone wins.

It's never happened, and it never will. You're not going to convince a pirate to pay for something when they can get it for free, even though right now that might mean waiting for a little bit.

Look at every console that has been hacked. Sure, for some of them modchips have been popular, but if there's a free software way of getting the job done, everybody flocks to it. Original Xbox is a prime example.

It already does, and always will

Look at this comment again in a few years and you'll be embarrassed. That's like someone saying that Gateway will always dominate the 3DS scene back when they were first on the market. No idea why your reply has so many likes.

title indicates the switch, post itself asks if it'll be the first time ever, yes, you do have a contradiction, thanks for letting me clear that up for you

You din't clear anything up for me, first and foremost. Second of all, since you weren't quoting the first post in your original post i assumed you were replying to the thread's tittle and for that i apologize for misunderstanding your original comment. or what it was replying to

At the moment SX is the most convenient and Feature Rich way to hack your switch, and is a perfect entree level way of Switch hacking for the average user, and remember the key word average here, as that is what most people tend to be. A lot of people want a no fuzz, convenient way to start exploring their Nitendo Switch, and currently there is no better software doing that than SX. Eventually Openstuff/free will catch up, but for now SX has shown some impressive features and is spearheading a lot of firsts for Nitendo Switch, while free-alternatives is not doing much of that at the moment.

I like to mess around with everything, but it's undeniable how much of a attractive offer SX-OS is as it currently stands. And to those who say people aren't willing to pay to pirate, you'd be dead wrong, plenty of people donate to Emulators to do just that as well as to Denuvo cracking groups.

wether or not you agree, the OP is new to the site, so he doesn't realize that this wouldn't be the first paywalled access to CFW

It's not COMPLETELY paywalled though as free alternatives DO exist. It's just one option that's paywalled, unlike, as you mentioned before, the Xbox 360. And even then it's only HALF paywalled since you only really need the OS's license to play backups, you can play homebrew without it

ReiNX is essentially the closest thing to a free version of SX there is. Admittedly it has less features but ReiNX devs don't get paid lol. Then there's autismosphere....

Trust me its small. Like 5 people donating $2
I trust you, just figured it was worth mentioning.

As for my opinion the cfw that will take over the scene in zancfwder it's an ambitious project but i plan on Frankensteining all of the cfws together. Not in a bundle but more take all the source and paste them together and hope it will compile. It's going to revolutionize the way people cfw.

Also I'll do what the other cfw devs won't and give a 100 percent guaranteed you went be banned no matter what.
