Is it good?? Here:

Never follow YouTube video tutorials. They are outdated the moment they are uploaded and aren't affiliated/supported by the developers. The official text-based tutorials are kept more up-to-date, explain certain aspects of the process better, and are actually recommended by the developers behind the CFW.

I am asking for ReiNX with external hard drive, thought. And Does ReiNX accepts NSP or XCI files ? I use both just in case.

Right. I remember that. SO ReiNX accepts .nsp only. However, I wonder if it accepts external hard drive ? Anybody verify that ? If not, I can use mini sd card 32gb exfat or fat32.

currently only SX OS has that feature but i'm not sure of how well it works

You got to start paying more attention

Pretty sure i told you before that only SX OS can use .XCI files
Well you can certainly install .XCI files using homebrew applications such as ZeroTwoXCI or dOPUS/n1dus so I think its safe to say that all CFW support .XCI files. SX OS is still the only one to support .XCI loading aka drag-and-drop.

But don't those apps actually convert the .XCI into .NSP before installing them?

It doesn't really convert it into a .NSP, it just unpacks the .XCI and changes a few signatures here and there so it can be read by the system without being mounted. Both .XCI and .NSP files contain the same contents; they're just packed and subsequently unpacked differently.
